摘要
分析了新生儿窒息241例的临床资料,其中,出生一分钟Apgar评分4~7分167例,≤3分74例。窒息引起器官系统损害的频度依次为呼吸系统、泌尿系统、心血管系统、中枢神经系统、消化系统及凝血系统。轻度窒息持续时间≥5分钟者,三个系统以上受累占78.8%,病死率39.4%;重度窒息持续时间≥5分钟者,三个系统以上受累为88.7%,病死率82.3%。随访86例,其中轻度窒息神经系统后遗症发生率为10.4%重度窒息神经系统后遗症发生率占26.3%。提示窒息程度和持续时间与多器官系统损害发生率及疾病预后有密切关系。
Two hundred and forty-one cases of neonatal asphyxia were analysed. Apgar score 4 to 7 was recorded in 167 cases and ≤ 3 in the other cases. In accordance with the probability of damage caused by neonatal asphyxia, the organ systems were in order listed as follows: respiratory system, urinay system, cardiovascular system, central nervous system, alimentary system and blood coagulation system, when the asphyxia lasted over 5 minutes, damage in 3 or more than 3 systems were seen in 78.8% of the mild cases, and in 88.7% of the severe cases. Sequelae were found in 10.4% of lhe mild cases, and in 26.3% of the severe cases. The results indicate that the duration and degree of asphyxia have a close relation with the multisystem damage.
