摘要
目的 为了探索一个对乳腺癌有效的针灸方法。方法 33例经肿瘤医生诊断的乳腺癌患者 ,其中 5例为雌激素非依赖型 ,多数为雌激素依赖型 ,定期给予针灸治疗。主要穴位取肺俞、心俞、膈俞、肝俞、肩井、膻中、阳陵泉 ,太冲。然后患者到肿瘤医生或家庭医生那里复查。结果 5例患者经过一段时间治疗之后 ,肿瘤组织液化坏死并逐渐被吸收而消失。10例患者肿瘤逐渐缩小 ,另有 10例患者肿瘤长时间停止生长。8例患者肿瘤仍然缓慢生长。这8例患者中 5例是雌激素非依赖型。
Objective to investigate an effective method of acupuncture for mastocarcinoma. Methods Thirty three patients diagnosed with mastocarcinoma by oncologic doctors, of whom 5 were estrogen nondependent cases and most were estrogen dependent cases, were given regular acupuncture treatment. Main points were Feishu (BL 13), Xinshu (BL 15), Geshu (BL 17), Ganshu (BL 18), Jianjing (GB 21), Danzhong (KI 4), Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Taichong(LR 3). Then the patients went to oncologic or family doctors for reexamination. After a period of treatment, tumor tissue liquefied, necrotized, got absorbed and disappeared in 5 cases, and the tumor reduced gradually in 10 cases, did not grow for a long time in another 10 cases and still grew slowly in 8 cases. Of the 8 cases, 5 were estrogen nondependent. Conclusion Acupuncture has an exact effect on some estrogen dependent mastocarcinoma.
