摘要
疲劳检算是铁路钢桥设计的重要组成部分,为改变现行《桥规》疲劳检算方法的缺点,本文研究建立以疲劳随机过程理论为基础,用疲劳可靠度设计代替现行《桥规》的容许应力设计。在新的《桥规》中采用这一设计方法,不仅可以预计设计基准期内结构疲劳功能的失效概率,并且可以均衡同一结构中各结构细节的疲劳功能水平,这对铁路桥梁建设有重要的安全与经济意义。
Fatigue check is an essential task in the design of railway bridges. The study on the fatigue reliability of steel bridge design in this paper is aimed to avoid the defects of the present fatigue check procedure. The fatigue stochastic process is recommended to take the place of the allowable stress method in fatigue check. Introducing this renovated design philosophy into the new Bridge Regulation not only makes it possible to estimate the probability of a bridge structure losing its fatigue function within the design datum period and also helps to balance the fatigue reliability levels of different details in the same structure. This is very important for salty and economy in the bridge construction.
