摘要
本文阐述推广混凝土轨枕和无缝线路时,必须采取有效措施降低线路刚度,以改善列车与轨道相互作用,降低动力效应,减轻钢轨、轨枕、道床、路基面负荷的意义。建立了线路弹性与钢轨类型.轨枕种类间距,道床和路基面构造材质、钢轨扣件刚度等因素之间的关系式。指出为使混凝土枕线路持有木枕线路的弹性(20—60MPa),应重视解决钢轨扣件的垂直弹性。分析了可将现行Ⅰ型弹条扣件轨下胶垫弹性提高一倍的可行性。
The great significance is expounded of taking proper measures, in generalizing reinforced concrete sleepers and continuous welded rails, to reduce the rigidity of the line so as to better the state of trainrail interaction. The relationships between the resilience of track,the type of rail, the pattern of sleeper, the materials of roadbed and ballast and the rigidity of rail fastenings are established. It is pointed out that proper attention must be paid to the perpendicular springiness of rail fastenings in order to maintain the reinforced concrete sleepers with the wood sleepers' springiness (20—60MPa) . In addition, the feasibility of doubling the springiness of the underrail bearing plate presently in use is analysed.
