摘要
本文论述轮轨磨损的动力学预测方法。采用轮轨接触摩擦功作为轮轨磨损指数。通过数值计算,定量地给出轮轨磨损程度的预测。作为应用,本文对两种减少轮轨磨损的措施,即钢轨润滑和采用迫导向转向架,给出其在减少磨损方面的效果。
The method of dynamic prediction for the rate of wheel/ rail wear is studied in this paper. The total frictional work done at the wheel/rail contact patches is used as the wear index. The degree of the wheel/rail wear can thus be quantitatively predicted by means of numerical calculations. As an applcation of the above-mentioned method, the effects of the use of rail lubrication and forced-steering bogies in the alleviation of the wheel/rail wear rate are presented.
