摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法 ,对广东省竞技体育后备人才培养教练员必备的基础、条件进行了分析 ,认为广东省教练员整体水平较高 ,场地设施完善 ,但培养体制不尽合理 ,缺乏纵向、横向之间的交流 。
By using the method of documentary,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper analysis the current situation of talented athletes cultivating and necessary basic and condition of coaches.The results that overall level of coaches is higher and sports equipment is perfect,but cultivating system is unreasonable and lacks exchange in length and breadth.It is not useful for sustained development of sports in Guangdong province.
