摘要
针对市场化改革初期阶段电力企业努力运用价格杠杆开拓市场的问题,提出了在电能供应者与电能需求者之间,围绕价格波动会形成不完全信息动态博弈行为的思想,进而将贝叶斯拍卖定价模型应用于配电市场定价分析中。采用线性战略组合,解出了该贝叶斯博弈的均衡解,并且定义了配电商的成本和电能消费者的收益。在此基础上,用辽宁省电力公司的实际营销数据进行了检验,计算出配电商和电能消费者的均衡交易价格。检验结果表明,所推荐的方法不仅为当前的市场营销提供了一种有效的定价方法,重要的是对于开放的配电市场定价分析提供了新的思路。
Facing the situation of initial phase of electricity market reform, this paper points out that an incomplete information dynamic game trend exists between the electricity utilities and electricity customers around electricity price fluctuation. And then, the method of Bayes game is applied to analyze the pricing method in electricity distribution market. This paper interprets the balanced results of Bayes game with linear strategy, and gives out the definitions of electricity utility cost and electricity customers profit. In order to check out this method, this paper adopts electricity business data of the Liaoning Province Electric Power Company and figures out balanced price of electricity trading between the electricity utilities and electricity customers. This result indicates that the method recommended by the paper is not only a valid method for electricity market extension, but also has important reference value for electricity distribution pricing.
