摘要
文章根据《伤寒论》的论述 ,从病位、病性和病机等几个方面对脾约证实质进行剖析 ,认为脾约证的病位重点在脾而不在胃 ;其病性是实而不是虚 ;其病机是“其脾为约”。
The author analysis the essence of the splenic constipation from the position, character and pathogenesis of the disease based on Shanghanlun, and provide instruction to clinical diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs.
