摘要
根据学习型组织的基本要求,考虑政府组织的特性和现实状况,提出了政府组织在创建学习型政府组织的过程中面临的六项具体困境与挑战,以期引起有关政府组织的重视,促进学习型政府组织创建活动的顺利进行。
According to the basic demand of the learning organization, consider the characteristic and realistic state of the government organizations,this paper has summarized six concrete predicaments and challenges faced in the course of establishing the learning government organizations in the hope of causing the government organizations' attention and promoting the harmony of the establishing activity.
