摘要
图书经费的严重不足 ,一直是制约高校图书馆发展的瓶颈。文章提出通过充分利用网络技术实现文献资源的数字化和网络化 ,走出校门为社会提供多方位、多层次的服务 ,以及广开渠道积极争取社会对高校图书馆的支持等措施 ,实现图书资金来源的多样化 ,从而推动高校图书馆的社会化 ,克服高校图书馆经费不足的种种困难 ,实现高校图书馆新的飞跃。
This article reviews the challenges as well as the opportunities brought about by the development of education and technology advancement. Although the funds supplied to the college libraries have risen annually. They cannot meet the needs of the staff and the students. According to the cirmstances of our university and with the reference of some successful experiences of other universities. The author suggests some practical way to deal with the problem, such as: make full use of Internet to share information resources; enlarge service circles to win support outside the school campus; try to collect donation from the society for the multi-income of the library funds, with the socialization of college libraries. Some of the difficulties of the libraries will certainly be overcome.
