摘要
产业集聚化在理论上是符合软件产业特征的发展模式 ,在实践上是世界软件强国软件产业发展模式的核心。
On theory,agglomeration is the very development model dovetailing the features of software industry.In practice it is the core of development model for countries who have developed software industry successfully.Thus,the development of Xi’an software industry should be based on the agglomeration of software industry and the government should pay more attention to making outside environment.
