摘要
洋务企业是近代中国早期工业化的产物。由于洋务企业的种种弊病 ,这次工业化尝试也就只能以失败而告终。洋务企业的根本问题是官商不分 ,并由此导致了一系列经营管理上的弊病 ,所有这些最终窒息了洋务企业的生机和活力。洋务企业未能及时改弦更张以根除企业弊病来求得应有发展 ,这是其一大教训。
Yangwu enterprises were the outcome of early Chinese industrialization.But the attempt ended in failure for the disadvantages.The main problem in Yangwu enterprises was the combination of the government and business.The combination led to some serious problems in administration and management.And all of these caused the failure of Yang wu enterprises. The historical lesson is that Yangwu enterprises didn’t reform and exterminate the faults timely for further development.
