摘要
本文首先给出了一般企业实践中常见的绩效综合的算术平均值方法模型。与之对比,又提出了基于灰色关联度的联盟成员绩效的综合分析模型及其算例。两方法对创新联盟成员绩效集结都有指导意义。
Firstly, this paper gives a method with an example in average to synthesize the performance of alliance members. In comparision with the method, this paper gives another method with an example to synthesize the performance of alliance members of cooperation innovation. These methods are practical.
