摘要
论述了利用辐射能检测窑炉温度场的基本原理,设计出了一种基于数字图像处理的陶瓷窑炉火焰温度场实时检测系统。该系统运行结果表明它可以准确地检测出窑炉内火焰的分布及温度场,及时发现由于火焰组织的不合理而引起的局部温度过低现象,为燃烧过程的控制提供重要的信息。
This paper discusses the basic principle to use radiotechnology to detect temperature field of kiln and designs a real-time measurement system on temperature field of China kiln based on digital image processing. The study indicates that the system can precisely test the distribution of fire and temperature field in the kiln and find the phenomenon of low temperature in small space caused by unreasonable fire arrangement in order to supply important information for the control of burning process.
