EGTA与EDTA溶液去除根管壁玷污层能力的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :比较EGTA与EDTA去除根管玷污层的能力 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :新鲜拔除 2 4颗牙齿分为 4组 ,即 :15 %EDTA、5 %EGTA、10 %EGTA、15 %EGTA。实验组又分为 :根管预备后冲洗 (简称 :甲组 ) ,边扩边冲洗组 (简称 :乙组 )。常规开髓、拔髓后 15 %EDTA、5 %EGTA、10 %EGTA、15 %EGTA分别冲洗根管 ,剖开根管后在扫描电镜下观察根管壁玷污层及根管壁牙本质小管开口情况。结果 :15 %EDTA无论在根管上、中、下 1/3均能较理想去除根管壁玷污层 ,牙本质小管开口清楚、密集。 5 %EGTA去除根管玷污层效果欠佳 ,而 10 %、15 %EGTA效果较好。结论 :15 %EDTA ,10 %、15 %EGTA均有较好去除根管壁玷污层的能力 。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of ethylene glycol-bis(β-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N’,N’-tetraacetic acid (EGTA) and EDTA on removing smear layer which could provide some evidence for dentists.Methods:24 human single root teeth were used which were divided into 4 groups -15% EDTA、5%EGTA、10%EGTA and 15%EGTA.Each group was separated into two halves.One half used as experimental group which was irrigated after root canal instrument(A team).The other half used as control group which was irrigated during root canal instrument(B team).All the teeth were decoronated ,extirpated pulp ,instrumented and irrigated.Then splited teeth in longitude and observed by scanning electron microscopy.Results:All the irrigations could remove the smear layer from the upper ,middle ,apical third of root canal and opened dentinal tubules except 5% EGTA.Conclussions:15%EDTA,10%、15%EGTA had well ability of removing smear layer.The irrigate effect might be related to entering depth of pin.
