摘要
常规的钻探机械零件设计方法即安全系数法并不能回答其产品的安全性问题。考虑其中的不确定性、随机性 ,引进可靠性设计是合理的。但钻探机械零件设计中还存在着另一类不确定性即模糊性 ,因此 ,将模糊性引进钻探机械零件可靠性设计 ,即进行模糊可靠性设计是更合理、更科学的。文中介绍了模糊可靠性的概念、设计原理 。
The ordinary design method for drilling machine parts-safe coefficient method can not ensure the safety of the product.It will be reasonable to use reliabilities design if the uncertainty and randomness are considered. But, there is yet another kind of uncertainty in drilling machine parts design i.e.fuzziness. Therefore, it is more reasonable to introduce fuzziness to reliabilities design of drilling machine parts and to carry out fuzzy design for reliabilities. This paper presents the concept of fuzzy reliabilities, the design principle and the design method with an example.
