本文就人力资源管理中职工的薪酬管理问题 ,提出了现阶段地勘单位薪酬概念的新含义和权变因素 。
This article puts forward new meanings and expedient factors about the concept of salary in geological unit at present and inquires into principles and patterns about the salary management from the management of staff's salary in human resources.
