摘要
城镇土地是人类生存和社会发展的自然资源 ,通过城镇土地定级 ,能够揭示城镇土地质量差异 ,对城镇土地的有偿使用及合理利用具有重要意义。本文在介绍城镇土地定级信息系统的基础上 ,对基于MapInfo的城镇土地定级信息系统的数据组织、系统组成及功能、系统开发环境、系统应用等方面进行了阐述 。
This paper introduces briefly the process and method of urban land grading system, then describes the data organization, the consititution and function, the design environment, the application of the urban land grading infomation system based on MapInfo. Finally it prospects the application future for the system.
