Facing the new situation after China's entry of WTO,investigators should have a perfect mastery of political quality,legal sense,style of discipline and high efficiency of work.In order to build up a detective army with high political quality,we ought to be strict with our education and training which scientific contents should be enhanced to renew our ideas and keep up with times,to strengthen the sense of service,ability to innovate,culture and knowledge,and the technique of professional work.
