摘要
行政权力腐败是当前我国社会生活中的一个突出问题。解决这个问题的根本出路在于积极地推进政治体制改革,进一步建立和健全"以制度制约权力"、"以权力制约权力"和"以权利制约权力"三种权力制约与监督机制,对行政权力实行全面的、严密的、强有力的制约与监督,从而确保行政权力廉洁、公正、合理地运行。
Corruption in the administrative power is at present a problem that stands sharply out in the Chinese social life. The only way to solve this problem is to actively push forward the reform in political system, to improve the three power-restraining and supervising mechanisms, that is, to restrain power by the system, to restrain power by power and to restrain power by rights, so as to exercise overall, close and powerful restriction and supervision over the administrative power, and to ensure that the administrative power is clean and just and that it works rationally.
