员工—组织匹配中的新员工社会化 被引量:21

摘要 员工和组织的匹配要求员工的个人特性要与企业文化相一致 ,但在新员工刚进入组织时 ,新员工的个人特性不可能完全一致于企业文化 ,因此必须通过新员工社会化过程来达到这一目标。由于企业文化存在不同类型 ,新员工在社会化过程中也有不同的社会化策略 。
