摘要
通过对50Mn钢制快速接头冷作模具整形Ford公司法兰、套筒受力情况分析,找出了模具的失效形式及影响模具寿命的主要原因.通过合适的热处理工艺参数选择,进行模具的热处理,并进行了金相组织、硬度、耐磨性等性能分析.实验证明:50Mn钢制作整形模具代替Cr12钢,具有热处理工艺简单,机械性能稳定,成本低等特点.
From the power condition of fast-joint cold-mould made of 50Mn shaping flake and sleeve of Ford Company,this paper has found out the invalid form of mould and the major reason that affects mould life. Through the suitable technology parameter option of heat treatment, we carry out the heat treatment of mould and analyse metallographic organization, hardness and wear-resistance etc. It proves that the plastic moulds made by replacing 12Cr with 50Mn have simple technology of heat treatment,stable mechanical properties,low costs etc.
