摘要
在分布计算的灾害仿真Agent和地理信息Agent的基础上,提出了一种基于仿真Agent和地理信息A gent的紧急状态决策支持系统(EDSS,EmergencyDecisionSupportSystems)的框架,实现了各个相关行政部门的资源合力对多灾种并发时的紧急状态进行有效仿真并提供正确及时的决策支持。
On the basis of distributed computing simulation Agent and geographic Agent, the framework of emergency decision support system on the simulation Agent and geographic Agent is put forward. The emergency caused by several kinds of disasters taking place simultaneously is simulated efficiently by the integrated power of every related administrative department. The decision-making support is provided correctly and promptly.
