基质金属蛋白酶与动脉粥样硬化及斑块破裂的关系 被引量:38

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是一组能够降解血管细胞外基质成分的酶类。在动脉粥样硬化斑块的特定区域过度表达 ,可引起斑块基质的降解 ,从而导致斑块破裂 ,引发急性冠状动脉综合征。本文就基质金属蛋白酶在动脉粥样硬化及斑块破裂中的作用作一综述。
