摘要
〔目的〕探讨 4组不同的试剂作HIV抗体检测 ,取代确认实验 (WB)的可行性。〔方法〕选用目前国内产品中批批检合格的第三代国产试剂和国家指定用的进口试剂 ,由三组人员分别进行初检和复检。用ELISA法检测抗—HIV。〔结果〕重点人群HIV抗体测定 2 0 483例 ,第一组试剂检测HIV阳性 47例 ;第二、第三组试剂检测阳性 3 9例 ,排除 8例 ,3 9例初筛阳性中有 3 5例做了WB均为阳性 ,结果符合率为 10 0 %。〔结论〕运用 3种国产试剂和 2种进口试剂进行HIV抗体初筛实验 (初检和复检 )结果基本可以取代WB ,特别是目前HIV/AIDS进入了快速增长期 ,HIV抗体的检测操作应简单、易行、廉价。
s Objectiveapproach the feasibility of four different reagents to replace the HIV antibody confirmatory test (Western blot)in. 〔Methods〕 selecting the all-lots up to standard Chinese made third-generation reagents and national-designated imported reagents. All HIV tests are comparable to those of EIAs often used for standard screening HIV antibodies test.〔Results〕 20237 cases of key-point population were tested for HIV antibodies 47cases were positive in group one. 39 cases were positive in group two and three,8 cases were ruled out. 35 cases among 39 positive rapid HIV test cases were positive Western blot test, coincidence rate is 100%.〔Conclusion〕 rapid HIV screening tests with 3 Chinese made reagents and 2 imported reagents can basically replace Western blot test, especially in the rapidly increasing period, the HIV antibody test should be simply and easy to apply and low-priced.
