摘要
本课题以宁德师专 2 0 0 0、2 0 0 1和 2 0 0 2级学生中的 1 2 67人为对象 ,采用症状自评量表 SCL-90测试、文献综述、访谈等方法 ,进行研究。结果显示 ,宁德师专学生群体的心理卫生问题比普通群体明显 ,主要表现在学习环境、人际关系、交友、考试焦虑症、家庭因素等方面皆有程度不同的心理障碍。有少部分学生的心理痛苦已达到中等以上的程度。因此 ,每一个教育工作者都要帮助他们具有正确的角色认知 ;帮助他们挖掘潜能 ,学会学习 ;帮助他们学会调控情绪 ,做情绪的主人 ;要帮助他们学会交往 。
The course with Ningde teachers'college 2000～2002 three grade 1267 students adopt method of symptom oneself evaluate measurement form SCL-90 test,document summarize,visit proceed research.The result show that psychology hygiene problem of student mass of Ningde teachers' college was obvious than common mass organization.Chief display at learn environment,everyone relation,make friends,test feel anxious disease,family factar etc aspect all have psychology hinder of degree different.A few student have psychology agony already attain medium degree.Therefore,each education workman help them to have right rale,to help them to adjust emotion and help them learn communication ,set up everyone relation of good.
