摘要
目的 编制住院癌症患者生活质量自评量表。方法 参考国外有关测量工具 ,选择适合我国文化背景的问题组成量表 ,以癌症治疗功能评估量表作为对照 ,同时对住院癌症病人进行调查。结果 新编生活质量自评量表初次和 2次调查结果及新编生活质量自评量表和癌症治疗功能评估量表调查结果之间均显示较高的相关性。结论 新编住院癌症患者生活质量自评量表有较高的信度和效度 。
Objective To draw up a self-rating scale of quality of Life for in-patient with cancer.Methods Refer to external investigating instruments concerned,select some questions which are are suitable for internal cultural background and draw up a scale.The functional assessment of cancer therapy scale was regarded as a control.In-patients with cancer were investigated with the two scales at the same time.Results There were relatively high correlation coefficient between the first and second scores on newly compilation scal of quality of life and functional assessment of cancer therapy scale completed at the same time.Conclusion Newly compilation self-rating scale of quality of life for in-patients with cancer possesses relatively high reliability and validity and can be recommended as an apparatus to measure quality of life for in-patients with cancer.
