细胞粘附分子与盆腔子宫内膜异位症关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 细胞粘附分子 (CAM)是介导细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质相互作用的一类细胞因子 ,它参与肿瘤的侵袭和转移过程。子宫内膜异位症 (EM)是一种良性疾病 ,但异位内膜具有粘附、侵袭和转移等特征。据研究发现 ,CAM在异位子宫内膜与腹膜间皮发生粘附及进一步形成异位病灶过程中起着重要作用。CAM在子宫内膜表达的多样性 ,与EM的不孕、盆腔粘连密切相关。作者对近几年有关CAM在EM发病机制中作用的研究进行简要介绍。 Cell adhesion molecules are a kind of cytokines that regulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interaction. It plays important roles in infiltration and metastasis of the tumor. Endometriosis is a benign disease,but shed endometrium is thought to attach and spread within the pelvis through specific cell adhesion receptors. Some reseachers have reported that cell adhesion molecules may play importent roles in the development or progression of this disease. There are relationship between cell adhesion molecules expressed diversity and infertility or pelvic adhesion in endometriosis. This report reviewed investigations about the roles of cell adhesion molecules in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
