摘要
目的 :探讨胸大肌肌皮瓣转移修复口腔颌面颈部缺损的效果。 方法 :对 34例应用胸大肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面颈部恶性肿瘤切除术后组织缺损的患者进行回顾性研究 ,分析其修复效果及并发症的发生情况。 结果 :随访 2～ 18个月 ,34例肌皮瓣中 31例全部成活 ,3例小部分皮岛坏死。口腔颌面颈部外形和功能均恢复良好。 结论 :胸大肌肌皮瓣是修复口腔颌面颈部缺损较为理想的组织瓣。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the major pectoralis myocutaneous flap in the repairing of defects of the oral maxillofacial and neck region. Methods:Thirty-four consecutive major pectoralis myocutaneous flaps used in the oral maxillofacial and neck reconstruction were reviewed retrospectively. The effects were studied and the complications encountered were documented. Results:Thirty-four cases were followed for 2～18 months. There were 31 cases of flap alive and 3 cases in which 10% or less of the skin paddle sloughed. The contour and functions of oral maxillofacial and neck region were restored well. Conclusion:The major pectoralis myocutaneous flap transfer is believed to be the more ideal methods for reconstruction of oral maxillofacial and neck defects.
