摘要 国际贸易与国际直接投资是两种重要的国际经济关系 ,传统的分析通常将国际贸易与国际直接投资置于不同分析框架下分别加以研究。随着经济全球化的发展 ,国际贸易与国际直接投资的联系愈发紧密 ,表现出相互促进和相互补充的交叉发展特征。文章从理论和实践分析了国际贸易与国际直接投资的替代与互补关系以及当代国际贸易与国际直接投资交叉、融合、相互影响的发展趋势。
