白细胞介素-8与糖尿病并发症
摘要
白细胞介素-8(IL-8)是一种来源广泛、生物功能多样的趋化因子,通过与其受体相互作用,引起中性粒细胞等白细胞的趋化、活化,参与糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、感染及心血管病变等并发症的发生、发展。
