镧对水稻根分泌物中氨基酸和有机酸含量的影响 被引量:8

Effects of La^(3+) on Contents of Amino Acid and Organic Acidin Root Exudates of Rice (Oryza sativa L.)

摘要 选择水稻作为试验作物,用溶液培养法研究镧对水稻根分泌物中氨基酸和有机酸含量的影响。结果表明,用系列浓度镧处理水稻幼苗24h,根系分泌的氨基酸共检测到17种,脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸和丙氨酸的含量大于其他氨基酸。其中脯氨酸含量的变化显著,酸性氨基酸(天冬氨酸和谷氨酸)的含量比碱性氨基酸(精氨酸和赖氨酸)大。根系分泌的有机酸用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)共检测出5种,即柠檬酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、乳酸和草酸。在任何一个镧处理浓度下,有机酸的分泌量:草酸>苹果酸>乳酸>柠檬酸>琥珀酸。氨基酸、有机酸总量和各氨基酸、有机酸变化规律基本一致,即低浓度(≤50μg·mL-1)的镧抑制了氨基酸和有机酸的分泌;若浓度超过50μg·mL-1并逐渐升高,则分泌量逐渐增加乃至超过对照。镧的浓度越高,分泌量就越大,这和根质膜透性有关。由此得出在水培条件下镧对水稻安全生长的临界浓度为50μg·mL-1。 The effect of La^(3+) in different concentrations on the contents of amino acid and organic acid in root exudation was studied in this paper. After the rice was treated with La^(3+)solution in different concentrations for 24 hours, five organic acids including citric acid, succinic acid, malic acid, lactic acid and oxalic acid in the exudates of rice root were detected by HPLC, and 17 kinds of amino acids detected by amino acid auto-analysis system. The results showed that the variation of total organic acid,total amino acid and single organic acid,single amino acid were as follows:When La^(3+) was in lower concentration (≤50 μg·mL^(-1)), they were lower than that of the control;while La^(3+) was in higher concentration, they were increased gradually and higher than that of the control.It is concluded that the concentration of 50 μg·mL^(-1) La^(3+) is safe to rice in growth.
