摘要
卤水的盐泥过滤在国内制盐行业才刚刚起步,而在制碱行业则有较长时间的使用经验,本文介绍国内外盐水过滤的常用方法,结合国内制盐卤水净化的工艺特点,探讨在这一行业可能的使用方法及工艺,重点介绍美国戈尔公司的戈尔膜液体过滤器过滤技术、山东潍坊金鑫化工化纤设备技术开发中心开发的WJSL型纤维过滤器过滤技术和上海鸣泰过滤技术有限公司开发的种植膜过滤技术。
Filtration of salt sludge in brine purification in salt industry in China has just taken an initial step whereas it has long been used in soda industry.This paper introduces the conventional methods for brine filtration used both in China and abroad.In combination with the process characteristics of salt making brine purification in China,methods applicable to the said industry are studied.Introductions are focused on the techniques of diaphragm liquid filters made by Gore company of USA,Type WJSL fiber filters developed by Jinxing Chemical Fiber Equipment and Technology Development Center in Weifang City of Shandong province and planted diaphragm filters developed by Shanghai Mingtai Filtration Technology Co.,Ltd.
