摘要
目的 研究潜水员心理素质的结构及其与专业水平的关系 ,为心理选拔提供理论依据。方法 对 4 14名潜水员进行 11项测验 ,所得 16个观测变量进行因素和相关分析。结果 从原始变量提取到 8种因素 ,后者又可以归纳为个性、智力、知觉、注意和心理运动能力。智力、心理运动能力和注意的部分变量与多项变量相关显著 ,也与专业水平相关显著。结论 潜水员的心理素质由 5种因素构成 ,以智力、心理运动能力和注意与专业水平的关系较大。
Objective The construct of psychological attributes of divers and its relationships with professional achievement were studied to provide theoretical basis for psychological selection.Methods Eleven psychological tests were conducted in 414 divers.Sixteen variables were obtained and were treated with factor and correlation analyses.Results Eight factors were extracted from primary psychological variables of divers,which could further be summed up to five factors including personality,intelligence,perception,attention and psychomotor ability.Some variables of intelligence,attention and psychomotor ability correlated significantly with several other ones and professional achievement.Conclusions Psychological attributes of divers is composed of five factors.Intelligence,attention and psychomotor ability are related more closely with professional achievement.
