摘要
目的 :探讨磁共振成像对术前肺部恶性、良性肿瘤诊断的准确性。方法 :回顾性分析了 10 4例肺部肿瘤磁共振成像术前检查与术后病理检查的结果。结果 :磁共振成像对术前肺部恶性、良性肿瘤的诊断准确率分别为 70 %和 30 % ,术后病理检查对肺部恶性、良性肿瘤的诊断准确率分别为 83%和 17%。结论
Objective: To evaluate the veracity of diagnosing benign and malignant tumors with magnetic resonance imaging before operations. Methods: Results from preoperation magnetic resonance imaging examination and postoperation pathological examination for 104 cases of lung tumors were analysed. Results: The diagnosis accuracy rates of benign and malignant tumors were 70% and 30% in the preoperation MRI diagnosis, and 83% and 17% in the postoperation pathological diagnosis respectively. Conclusion: Magnetic resonance imaging had value in diagnosing benign and malignant lung fumors.
