摘要
在分析物业管理效果评价指标体系的基础上,运用物元分析法相关理论,建立了物业管理效果综合评价的物元模型,并通过实例进行了分析.
Based on evaluation index system of property management results, the matter element model for comprehensive evaluation of property management results is set up with the theory of matter element analysis and practical examples are tentatively analysed.
