摘要
房屋的可靠性鉴定划分为安全性鉴定和正常使用性鉴定.通过工程鉴定示例探讨了房屋的可靠性评估方法,特别强调了房屋的正常使用性鉴定,对房屋的可靠性鉴定有一定指导作用.
Reliability appraisal of building includes safety appraisal and normal usage appraisal, based on examples of engineering appraisal, this paper discusses the reliability appraisal method of building, especially emphasizing normal usage, which is instructive to reliability appraisal of existing building.
