摘要 利用光学薄膜辅助设计系统软件进行了一种黑膜的模拟计算,据模拟结果制备了黑膜,测试分析了其减反性能并进行了性能改进的初步研究。同金属Al电极相比,此黑膜可使环境光反射率从90%左右降低到20%,经过衬底优化后反射率最低为13%。 The black films for reducing the reflection of environmental light were designed and fabricated. The tests for their reflection performances show that reflectivity of the black films are reduced from 90% to 20% compared with Al films, and the lowest reflectivity could reach 13% by the optimization of substrates.
