人龋病进展过程中T、B淋巴细胞的动态研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究人龋病发展过程中牙髓组织内T、B淋巴细胞的动态变化 ,以探讨牙髓免疫防御机制。方法 :采用免疫组织化学法标记4组不同龋坏深度牙髓组织中的T、B细胞 ,并与正常对照组比较进行定量研究。结果 :4组龋病牙髓龋坏区CD45RO阳性T细胞间比较差别无统计学意义 (P>0.05) ,而非龋坏区间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05) ,深龋组T细胞数多于正常组和其他各龋病组 ,各龋病组牙髓龋坏区T细胞数均多于非龋坏区 (P<0.05) ;中龋组和深龋组CD20阳性B细胞数与其他各组比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 :牙髓免疫系统对龋源性刺激产生了积极的应答 ,早期阶段以T细胞介导的细胞免疫为主 ,而进展期阶段B细胞介导的体液免疫反应进一步增强。 Objective:To dynamically study the changes of T and B lymphocytes in human dental pulp of carious teeth with various depths.Methods:The T and B lymphocytes were marked respectively in the four groups of dental pulp of carious teeth with various depths by immunohistochemical staining in order to quantiˉtatively contrast them with those in control group.Results:There was no significant difference in the pulpal carious region of expressing CD45RO positive T cells among four carious teeth groups(P>0.05),but comparˉison of non-carious region of the same teeth was noted significantly different(P<0.05).The number of T cells in deep caries group was higher than that in control group and other carious teeth groups.In each carious teeth group,the number of T cells in carious region was significantly higher than that in non-carious region(P<0.05).The number of CD20positive B cells increased only in teeth with moderate or deep caries(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pulpal immune system actively responds to carious stimuli.The T lymphocyte-mediated reˉsponse in early phase has a central role in the initiation of pulpal specific immunity,but in advanced phase,B lineage cells further the humoral immunoresponse.
