摘要
5-氨基咪唑-4-甲酰胺盐酸盐(C4H6N4O·HCI,5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide hydrochloride,1),为治疗肝炎类药物阿卡明(aicamin)的组分,其含量测定多采用重氮化反应,以KI淀粉溶液为指示剂,该法不够灵敏.本文采用电位滴定法,准确度略高,能满足药物质控的要求.
A potentiometric titration method for determination of 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide hydrochloride was presented. The content of the title compound and the pH value of end point were indirectly calculated by the volume of NaOH standard solution and the variation of pH value nearby the end point using least square method.
