摘要
建立了测定甲氧氯普胺鼻腔喷雾剂含量和有关物质的HPLC法。采用ODS C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01mol/L己烷磺酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调至pH4.0)(25:75),流速1.2ml/min,检测波长265nm。线性范围为10～200μg/ml(r=0.9999),日内和日间精密度小于1.0％。
A HPLC method for determination of metoclopramide nasal spray and its related substances was established. An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01mol/L sodium hexanesulphonate solution (adjusted pH to 4.0 with glacial acetic acid) (25:75), at the detection wavelength of 265nm. The flow rate was 1.2ml/min. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10-200μg/ml (r=0.9999). The RSDs of intra- and inter-day were less than 1.0%.
