摘要
探讨补肾活血方治疗更年期综合征的作用机制。选用雌性SD大鼠“更年期”模型 5 0只 ,随机分配到生理盐水组和各用药组 (补肾活血方低、中、高剂量组 ,乙烯雌酚组 ) ,每组 10只 ,设 10只青年SD大鼠为对照组。观察各组子宫重量指数、阴道上皮脱落细胞检查、血清FSH、LH、E2 的变化。结果 :各用药组均能使更年期鼠子宫重量指数增加 ,其与补肾活血方的剂量呈依赖性增加 (高剂量组P <0 0 5 )。各用药组均能使更年期鼠阴道上皮细胞出现不同程度的角化现象 (补肾活血方中和高剂量组P <0 0 5 )。各用药组均能明显降低更年期鼠血清FSH的含量 (低、中剂量组P <0 0 1,高剂量组P <0 0 0 1) ,有效降低血清LH的含量 (补肾活血方高剂量组P <0 0 0 1) ,提高E2 含量 (中、高剂量组P <0 0 1)。结论 :补肾活血方治疗更年期综合征疗效好 。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of BuShen HuoXue Recipe(BSHXR),a Chinese herbal medicinal preparation for tonifying kidney and invigorating blood circulation,to treat Menopausal syndrome.Methods:Over 12 months old female SD rats which meet the needs of Menopausal model were collected,and they were randomly divided into saline group and medicinal groups(low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group,diethylstibestrol group),there were 10 rats in each group,10 young female SD rats as the control group.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The changes in weight of uterus,vaginal smears,estranedion(E\-2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),prolan B luteinizing hormone(LH) were analyzed.Results:The rats weight of uterus increased in each medicinal group (high dose group,P<0.05).It was related to medicine dose.The vaginal epithelial cell had different extent keratinization in each medicine group(middle and high dose group,P<0.05).The level of FSH(low and middle dose group,P<0.01,high dose group,P<0.001)and LH(high dose group,P<0.001) decreased obviously in each medicine group,while the level of E\-2 increased obviously(middle and high dose group,P<0.01).Conclusion:BSHXR treat Menopausal syndrome was effective,which was related to its regulating sexual hormone.
