摘要
采用正交试验法确定了西咪替丁缓释微囊的最佳处方和制备工艺。体外释放试验结果显示本品具有较好的缓释效果。
Formulation and preparation process of cimetidine sustained-release microcapsules were screened out according to orthogonal design. The results showed that the prepared microcapsules had quite good sustained-release behavior.
