摘要
用L-丙氨酸与草酸、乙醇同步进行酯化和酰化制得N-乙氧草酰-L-丙氨酸乙酯,再经环合、脱羧制得4-甲基-5-乙氧基噁唑,最后与2-异丙基-4,7-二氢-1,3-二噁庚英经Diels-Alder反应制得维生素B_6,总收率54%。此法成本低,适于工业化生产。
An improved process of simultaneous esterification and acylation using L-alanine, oxalic acid, diethyl oxalate and ethanol in one pot to prepare the key intermediate of vitamin Be ethyl N-ethoxyoxalyl-L-alaninate was described. Vitamin B6 was obtained in 54% overall yield based on the alanine.
