摘要
在城市轨道交通建设期 ,各参与单位和专业相互间有众多和复杂的接口 ,构成关联紧密的接口体系。接口管理是否能顺利完成 ,对工程的工期和投资有重大影响。每条线的建设单位在工程建设的全过程均应重视接口体系的管理。讨论了各类接口的任务和接口风险及防范措施 。
There are many complex interfaces between engineering departments and professions in UMT construction, which form a closely connected interface system. It is crucial for the time span of a project and the investment whether an interface works well and efficiently. Therefore, the author argues that the management of an interface system during the whole process of a project shall be given great attention for the engineering department. In this article, the author introduces three types of interface systems: management interface, engineering interface and contract interface, each has different functions and risks and needs special guarding measures. Also the information management of the interface system is discussed.
