摘要
目的 :评价双吻合器技术在低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法 :回顾分析 1 996年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 5月治疗 1 4 8例直肠癌应用双吻合器技术行结直肠吻合术的临床经过。结果 :术后发生吻合口漏 1例 (0 6 8% ) ,吻合口狭窄 2例 (1 4 % ) ,无手术死亡。结论
Objective:To evaluate the role of double stapling technique in low colorectal anatomosis.Methods:Retrospective study was conducted to analyze the experience of double stapling technique in colorectal anatomosis for 148 cases with rectal carcinoma from May 1996 to May 2003.Results:Complications included anastomotic leakage in 1 case(0 68%),anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases(1 4%),the death rate of theoperation is zero.Conclusion:The indication of Dixon procedure for low rectal carcinoma can be broadened by the use of double stapling technique.
