摘要
使用大鼠实验性脑血栓模型 ,观察夏天无总碱对血栓形成的影响。研究表明夏天无总碱大、中剂量 (1,0 5mg·kg 1·d 1)给药 7d可抑制血栓形成 ,减轻脑栓塞引起的伊文思蓝蓝染和脑水肿。夏天无总碱的上述药理学作用可能就是活血化淤、益气行血治疗中风。
To explore the effects of Total alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbeutis on the fo rmation of brain's thrombus,the models of stroke in rats were prepared.The resul ts showed that Total alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbeutis can inhibit th rombosis and reduce Evan's conten t and brain edema induced by stroke in rats given a daily dose of 1,0.5mg·kg -1 ·d -1 for 7 days.The pharmacological effects of Xiatianwuzongjian may be the basis of promoting blood circulation and replenishing qi to activate blood on st roke and hemiparalysis
