摘要
目的 :探讨早期He Ne激光血管内照射 (ILIB)联合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力 (ADL)的效果。方法 :选择急性脑卒中偏瘫患者 30 0例 ,随机分为ILIB +康复治疗组 (综合组 )和康复治疗组 (对照组 )各 15 0例。 2组在给予相同的临床药物治疗的同时进行正规的康复训练 ,综合组在早期时联合ILIB。 2组均于治疗前 2 4h及治疗后 6～ 8周进行运动功能评价及ADL评分。结果 :治疗后 ,2组Barthel指数及FMA均有一定程度的改善 ,综合组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :急性脑卒中患者在进行早期康复治疗的同时联合ILIB ,更显著地改善患者肢体运动功能及ADL ,进一步提高生存质量。
Objective: To study the effect of early intravascular laser blood irradiation (ILBI) of low energy with He-Ne and rehabilitation on motor function of upper and lower extremities and activities of daily living (ADL) in the patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: 300 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=150) and control group (n=150). The patients in the treatment group were subjected to ILBI in addition to clinical treatment and regularly rehabilitation training, while those in the control group to clinical treatment and regularly rehabilitation training only. 24 h before treatment and 6-8 weeks after treatment, motor function and ADL were assessed in two groups by Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index respectively. Results: The motor scores and ADL scores in the two groups were improved after 6-8 weeks treatment to varying degrees. The scores in the treatment group were obviously superior to those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: ILBI with He-Ne in combination with rehabilitation training of the patients with stroke hemiplegia can obviously improve motor function of the limbs and raise ADL scores.
