摘要
目的 :引进Rivermead行为记忆测验 (Rivermeadbehaviouralmemorytest,RBMT)并测定中文版RBMT的信度和效度。方法 :以 2 7例住院患者为样本 ,间隔 7d评定重测信度和分半信度。以 4 1例脑损伤患者为样本 ,评定效度。结果 :绝大部分项目重测信度好 (r>0 .7,P <0 .0 1) :2次测试的分半信度分别为 0 .85 6和 0 .896。记忆障碍组在中文版RBMT中的得分明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;以量表给定的临界值为标准 ,中文版RBMT评定器质性脑损伤患者的记忆障碍的灵敏度为 87 5 % ,特异度为 76 5 % ,与专家评定结果差异无显著性。结论 :中文版RBMT具有较好的信度和效度 ,可作为我国神经康复临床记忆障碍的评测工具。
Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Rivermead behavioral memory test (RBMT) in Chinese patients. Methods:The test-retest reliability of RBMT was examined at an interval of 7 days and the split-half reliability was computed in 27 inpatients in our rehabilitation ward. The criteria validity was evaluated with a sample of 41 inpatients with brain injuries. Results:The test-retest reliability was high in most items (r>0.7, P<0.01). The split-half reliability of the two tests was 0.856 and 0.896 respectively. Patients with memory impairment had lower scores in RBMT than those without memory impairment (P<0.05). By using the cut-points of the original test, the sensitivity and specificity of RBMT were 87.5 % and 76.5 %, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the results of the Chinese version of RBMT and the professor evaluation. Conclusion:The Chinese version of RBMT is of satisfactory reliability and validity. It can serve as a good instrument in measuring and evaluating memory impairment for Chinese patients.
