摘要
目的 探讨急性白血病 (AL)、多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)、骨髓增生异常综合征EB病毒 (EBV)DNA感染情况。方法 应用聚合酶链式反应技术检测了 1 9例AL患者、1 2例MM患者、2 4例MDS患者及 2 6例健康对照组EBV感染情况。结果 AL组EBV感染率为 5 .3% ,MM组EBV感染率为 5 0 .0 % ,MDS组EBV感染率为 1 6 .6 % ,正常对照组EBV感染率为 3.8% ;AL组、MDS组与正常对照组EBV DNA阳性率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,MM组与正常对照组EBV DNA阳性率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,MM组与AL组、MDS组EBV DNA阳性率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 AL及MDS患者的发病与EB病毒感染关系不大 。
Objective To study the infection situation of EBV DNA in acute leukemia(AL),multiple myeloma(MM) and myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Methods The infection of EBV were detected by PCR in nineteen AL patients,twelve MM patients,twenty four MDS patients and twenty six normal control group.Results The infective rate of EBV:the positive rate of AL group was 5.3%,MM group was 50.0%,MDS group was 16.6 %,normal control group was 3.8%.The comparison between AL group,MDS group and normal control group infected by EBV had no significant difference( P >0.05);the comparison between MM group and normal control group infected by EBV had significant difference( P <0.01);the comparison between MM group and AL group and MDS group infected by EBV had significant difference( P <0.01).Conclusion The infection of EBV in AL and MDS patients is negative in certain degree and the infection of EBV in MM patients is positive.
